Dear Sir,

1. Do Texas instruments have some sensor and MCU to detect motor current signature analysis for predictive maintenance of motors.

2. We are developing Predictive maintenance for motors through vibration analysis.do u have any suggestions over it?

The fluxgate magnetic sensing/conditioning devices such as the DRV401. DRV411, DRV421, and DRV425 are the magnetic sensors with greatest precision.

If you are trying to monitor brushed DC motors, then this application note could be useful. In this document, circuits for measuring ripple current are analyzed and simulated:

So overall, I do not believe TI has any vibration sensors, but there has been work to develop analog signal chains and some digital solutions for this as shown above.

Dear Sir,

For predictive mainetence approach i am working with current analysis and vibration for the motor.

Starting with Signature analysis do TI provide some application cicuit or IC to have current and volatge to predict load on motors.

Hey Divyanshu,

I do not believe TI has motor voltage and current signature detection ICs or application circuits. Something like this would require characterizing a motor current and voltage by sensing the voltage and current with TI amplifiers and then noting how the waveforms change when experimenting with different loads and/or motor health states.
