Hi,

UCC28C42 IC used in the EVM has junction temperature upto 105C only. Can you please suggest an alternate part with Tj=125 or more?

Switching frequency is less than 200kHz.

Hi Ajmal,

You can use pin to pin device UCC28C42-Q1, which has a Tj up to 125C.

Besides, you can also consider these devices such as UC1842, UC1842A,UC1843A, UCCx800, UCCx802, and UCCx803, UCC2813-0/-2/-3-Q,..........Maybe it needs a little circuit modification
