Solving for Vrms , Vp, Irms, and Ip

Hi, can someone help me solve this. Thank you in advance

  • Aiza,

I could help you, but somehow I don't think that's what your professor had in mind.

    Couple hints:

    - Assume zero voltage drop across the ammeter, assume zero current through the voltmeter

    - That leaves you with 2 resistors in parallel that form a voltage divider with the 4.3kohm resistor

    Good luck,

    Jim
