Hi,

I have a question related to object detection sample.

In the user guide document, mentioned the Auto valet parking demo (needs display).

I would like to run a simple Object Detection sample only.

The general idea is to load different frames via Ethernet connection from my PC and run Object Detection algo over each frame.

1. Do you have SSD object detection algo sample ?

2. Example how to send frames over Ethernet (no need in CAN) ?

We want to run a pedestrian detection.

Do you have a sample that detects pedestrians?

That what our model does.

I can't find the mentioned above sample under vision_app (app_vd.cfg).

Alex,

1. Our example Object Detection application also support pedestrian detection. However, we haven't done extensive training for pedestrian so the drawing of bounding box for pedestrian is disabled in the demo.

2. Regarding streaming video file over Ethernet... Since we are running Linux, you can simply use NFS filesystem so the video file can be read from network.

Our demo is running on file based mode so you just need to change the mount point to the network drive and open file directly over Ethernet.
