Hi,

In TPIC7218-Q1 not mentioned below timing for high side driver in datasheet

High side driver is use to run DC motor, I need to calculate switching loss,

Could you please provide us.

Turn On Propagation Delay
Turn Off Propagation Delay
Turn On Rise Time
Turn Off Fall Time

Hi,

We do not have spec and information for High side of Turn On Propagation Delay,Turn Off Propagation Delay, Turn On Rise Time,Turn Off Fall Time.

If purpose is power loss estimation of TPIC7218, high side is used for pre driver of external FET. Therefore Power loss in TPIC7218 is much smaller than low side which FET integrated. Just my general thought.

I will check low side driver timing characteristics in datasheet.

Is there any specific values for difference between high and low side driver timing so I can calculate estimate overall loss.

For example-

Low side rise time- 6 ns

Assuming high side rise time - 4 ns
