Hello,

I tried to use the Flash-based WebBench to save my old designs but never got past the "Refreshing" Dialog when opening a design. I tried multiple designs with the same result.

I then went to the HTML5 version and attempted to open an old design that shows up under My Designs and it failed to load. So I have a couple of questions.

1: If I'm in the HTML5 version, should I expect that the listed "My Designs" are compatible with the HTML5 version?

If this is true, I won't worry so much about saving my old designs, as it seems the ones I care about are listed.

2: Is there any other way to save out or export my old designs without opening them to print them?

    Hi Glenn,

    We are not able to replicate the issue with Flash based WEBENCH you have reported above. Please try again - if you continue to see this issue - please share more information - OS, browser version, flash version and a screenshot of the page where it gets stuck.

    You are right - all the designs which show up in the HTML5 version under "My Designs" will continue to be available for you after the Flash based version is sunset (even if the design was originally created in flash version).     We do not have any other way to save / export your designs apart from opening them in the tool and printing the report or exporting to CAD tools.
