How to open TIDA-00638 firmware in IAR ?

I found files(.ewp .ewd) in folder.

I try Project->Add existing project.. and Add emeter-app-6736.ewp, emeter-metrology-6736.ewp and build.

It error Fatal Error[Pe035]: #error directive: Compiler not recognised.
