Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools
I am attempting to create a simulation that will vary a current sink based on the voltage on a last gasp or energy reserve capacitance. Below is the simulation. I have tried various things to get the simulation to converge with no success. I thought the issue might be withe the initial condition of 32V on the capacitor and no initial condition on the VCCS. The expression for the VCCS is 10/V(VCAP). The idea is for the VCCS to sink a varying amount of current to represent 10W of power. Any help is appreciated.
