For ultrasonic water flow sensing, please use the MSP430FR6047 ( https://www.ti.com/product/MSP430FR6047 ).

You can then connect the MSP430FR6047 to a Wi-Fi module, such as the SimpleLink Solutions CC31xx/CC32xx Wi-Fi series ( http://www.ti.com/wireless-connectivity/simplelink-solutions/wi-fi/overview/overview.html ).

I have MSP430FR6047 and CC3200 

-how can I measure water flow with our tools?

-Do you have something else like a manual or video explaining how to connect and use MSP430FR6047 with a wifi module (cc3200)? 

-do we need specific software to get data about water flow?

-after I get the data, I want to send data through wifi to the mobile application?

I recommend starting with the EVM430-FR6047 for water metering.  1MHz or 2MHz transducers are recommended.  Audiowell has a pipe with 1MHz transducers which we also use in the quick start guide.  Please reference the quickstart guide below to get started with water flow measurements.

We do not have code examples for interfacing the MSP430FR6047 and CC3200.  You can find the code examples that we do have available for both below.
