Hello, the ev2400 purchased by our company from mouser on December 13, 2019 has no response when inserting the USB interface for the first time, but there is no response when changing a connecting cable. We've used the ev2400 a lot. It's confirmed that it's the quality problem of the ev2400 itself. Please help us solve it. It can be replaced or repaired. I hope to get your help. Thank you!
