system exception when starting Switcherpro online

Hello,

recently i get an error message when starting switcherpro online:

System Exception:

There was an error processing your transaction.
Please close your web browser, open a new browser window, and try again.
SwitcherPro support has been notified of this error.

Can you help me with this issue?

Hi Tobias, It appears that you were working on a design called "V1_2 OCB" on Thursday morning. At around 6:30 AM CST there was an UI event that caused an exception that probably logged you off. The "V1_2 OCB" design was saved in a state that prevented evaluation of the performance characteristics of the design. So, when you attempted to login again, "V1_2 OCB" would fail to evaluate and SwitcherPro would report an exception immediately at login. We removed the "V1_2 OCB" design from your account. So, you should now be able to login again. Unfortunately, we cannot reproduce the circumstances that resulted in the original exception that "broke" the"V1_2 OCB" design. This is not a problem we have seen before. We apologize for any delay this problem may have created for you. Regards, Michael

Hi Michael,

I'am still no able to login. The system exception appears directly after click on the link to start SwitcherPro.
