system exception when starting Switcherpro online

Hello,

recently i get an error message when starting switcherpro online:

System Exception:
There was an error processing your transaction.
Please close your web browser, open a new browser window, and try again.
SwitcherPro support has been notified of this error.


Can you help me with this issue?
