Could you help to recommend best fit reference design with Multi output 50VDC/2A, 24VDC/1A, 5VDC/0.5A and Input: 90 to 265VAC (Universal Input) ?

Hello Prahlad,
Thank you for your interest in TI controllers.
Although not stated explicitly, I assume that you are looking for a single-stage flyback-PFC because you reference the PMP4334 in the title of this E2E thread.
After searching, I could not find any reference design that combines single-stage PFC with multiple output windings on the transformer. The PMP4334 has multiple outputs but they are all derived from a single secondary winding.
I suggest to combine the primary-side example of the PMP4334 design with the secondary-side examples of multiple outputs of PMP9638 and/or PMP5411.
PMP9638 uses multiple windings for multiple output voltages. The windings may be stacked, as in this PMP example, or separated. Except for the main feedback output, the regulation of each other output may be quite loose unless further post-regulation is applied.
PMP5411 uses several non-isolated buck stages to generate regulated outputs from the single main high-power winding. These outputs can have very tight regulation, independent of loading.
For your application, the best fit depends on the regulation requirements for each output, and is likely to involve a combination of both of the above secondary-side examples.
Regards,
Ulrich
