Dear All,
i'm trying to simulate and re- create a If vs Vf diode characteristic from 1N4148 datasheet https://www.vishay.com/docs/81857/1n4148.pdf
But i don't know what i'm doing wrong, here is the simulation circuit and DC sweep out that doesn't match the I-V in the DS.
How do i need to change the simulation schematic or parameters to get the I-V form DS?
Later on i want to simulate also the I-V characteristic of a LED diode Mini TOPLED®, LCW MVSG.EC
Best Regards.
Hi
i now tried the LED Mini TOPLED®, LCW MVSG.EC DC transfer characteristic simulation and it turns out to be OK.
Is this the right way to verify if the spice model is ok also for AC and Transient simulation?
How can i verify if the attached model is good for AC and Transient simulation?

I don't know where is the problem with 1N4148 diode.
Best Regards.
Hello d_zero,
Thank you for your inquiry about TINA features.
Since TINA is a DesignSoft/TINA program, questions are best handled by using the DesignSoft support page:
http://www.tina.com/technical-support/
The DesignSoft/TINA team is very helpful and this is the most direct way for TINA support.
