Please refer to the current mode control flyback topology section and type-II compensation network equations in this pdf:

In short, what you should do is:
1) Determine the power-stage transfer function of the flyback converter (look for the right-half plane zero frequency)
2) Select your cross over frequency and phase margin, with respect to the right-half plane zero
3) Since you are using a type-II error amplifier, you should make sure that your zero of the error amplifier is a decade (1/10) of your crossover frequency, and high-frequency pole is at your right half plane zero.
