Hello.
I want to simulate DS75176BM IC using Tina_Ti tool.
However, the corresponding IC exceeded.

Maybe you can recommend about the same model and Spice model as the above IC?

Hello,

Unfortunately I am not aware of any SPICE model developed for DS75176B. The closest available model would be for SN65HVD1786, which is also an RS-485-compliant transceiver:

We also have IBIS models available for most of our newer transceiver devices. You might want to consider these newer p2p devices like THVD1500 or THVD1550 over the legacy DS75176B for new designs.
