Hello,

At the PMP7760 Design, Can i work with DCM mode? 

My design have 12-700VDC input voltage and output current of 1A and 9W

    Hello Maor,

    PMP7760 operated in DCM at lower load current and higher input voltage..

    It operates in CCM at higher load current and lower input voltage.

    You will exceed the maximum duty cycle operation at 12V input with this design. In this case you will need to redesign the power stage, basically transformer turns ratios, then review power component stress and losses

    Please compare PMP7760 to PMP20745 to get an idea of control circuit changes.
