You could use an operational amplifier to attenuate the signal to the input range of the ADC.

By setting the value of the gain and feedback resistor to the opamp.
Vout = Vin * (Rfeedback/Rgain)
Where Rfeedback is connected to the output and input of the opamp, and Rgain is connected to the input signal and input terminal of the opamp.
