Hi Furkan,

There is no special design reference circuit for UVC LED application, since from the technical side, for all LEDs, what we need is to deliver constant current LED drivers to drive all LEDs.

We do have some good devices that can be used in the UVC application: TPS61165/TPS61169/TPS54201...

Could you provide some application spec that maybe I can help to provide some good choice?

I need to know: Vin range. Vout range, Iout range and dimming method and any other special requirement?

For high power lighting we generally recommend our CCM PFC boost UCC28180 followed by our half bridge resonant LLC UCC256402 to convert the AC voltage to whatever DC voltage you need to drive the lamp.
