Hi,
I have a question on the layer structure (stack up) for TIDA-00281 (TIDUAY9). In page 85, Section 8.3.2, it said "This design uses a 6-layer board." But the Figure 126 only shows 4 layers, which are Top layer, Internal Plane (Ground), Signal Layer 3, and Bottom Layer. Could you please point me out the other two layers? or it was a typo and should be "This design uses a 4-layer board."
Thanks,
John
Hi Don,
Thank you very much for your quick reply. I am only able to find two Gerber Cu layers, Signal (layer 3) and bottom. It seems that the ground (layer 2) and the top layer Geber files are missing. It seems it is a 4-layer board design, not a 6-layer board design as documented in the reference TIDA-00281.
Could you please check?
Thanks,
John
John,
You are correct, this is a 4 layer board.
This was a mistake in TIDA-00281.
Best
Dimitri
