I want to create the VCSEL laser in tina simulation software , i need the exact equivalent ckt model for simulation. could anyone can help me on this please. will be appreciated, Thanks.

and also i want to convert the standard spice model into .TSM model?, please let me know how to convert.

Please note at TI we do not have VCSEL laser. We do have VCSEL laser driver. Please below note a link to one of these products:
