Hi, why do you remove the thermal simulation function in the new WEBENCH? The previous simulation shows thermal performance straightforwardly.

    Hi Ling Jiang,

    The thermal simulation function was available as part of the old Adobe Flash based WEBENCH tool. Due to end of support for Adobe Flash technology and security concerns TI decided to discontinue all Adobe Flash based design tools. 

    We had to prioritize most used / key features when developing the new WEBENCH tool as a replacement. Unfortunately we had to drop support for thermal simulations as usage was relatively low. We have the feature in our backlog - but it is not prioritized and we do not have any active plans for developing this feature.
