Hi, TI engineers,

I have a shunted based current sensor which includes ISL28633 and AMC1306M25.

I want to measure the bandwidth for this current sensor.

I know if I put a sine wave with different frequencies, I can figure out.

However, it is too time-consuming as you know.

Do you have any good ideas about it?

Hi Mingi,

The AMC1306 is a modulator and has a digital bit-stream output, where does the ISL28633 fit into this? Is that used as an input conditioning circuit? The bandwidth of the AMC1306 is going to be dependent on the OSR you choose as well as the clock frequency you use for the modulator CLKIN. Can you give more detail?

Since we've not heard back, take a look at this app note. Table 2 gives the bandwidth of a SINC3 filter following the AMC1306 bit-stream output based on various OSRs.
