The current version of webench selects a 2.2uH inductor with a ~ 6A Isat rating
It has been reported that when a short circuit is applied to the design from Webench, the device fails.
Looking at the inductor, the current ripple is very high (>300% the load current)
Please review the inductor selection to make sure appropriate inductors are selected for this operating case.
