Hello
I have three questions.
1. There is a hard gold plated part of TIDA-01580 CAD FILE. I wonder how thick this part is.
2. Do I have to work on this part with Hard Gold?
3. Can you tell me where to pull the lead wire?
Thank you.

Hello Kim,
Thank you for reaching out. Please find answers to your questions:
1 & 2. The hard gold plated part is only on top layer. The board thickness is 1.6mm and each layer uses 1 or 0.5 Oz depending on the current requirement. If you don't have option for hard plated gold, you can also go for EniG.
3. Are you looking for 2 electrodes configuration? If yes, you don't need lead wire. For three electrode configuration, connector J4 is used to connect ECG leads.

Thank you.
"The board thickness is 1.6mm and each layer uses 1 or 0.5 Oz depending on the current requirement."
In this sentence, board means Hard Gold plated? I want to know the thickness of Hard Gold plated. When I asked around, I heard that they usually use 0.3 micron.
Thank you for your answer.
