Greetings of the day Sir
We are working to start three new devices Using TMDS181 CHIPSET:
- HDMI Splitter to support 4k @ 30Hz in configuration of 1 in 2; 4 and 8 Out
- HDMI Extender (In pairs of Transmitter and Receiver) over CAT5/6 Cable to support 4k @ 30Hz.
- One HDMI In and 4 and Eight CAT5/6 Splitter with integrated Transmitter
Sir please reply for our questions bellow:
- For HDMI Splitter: a) What Maximum length of HDMI 4k@30Hz we can have on out put? b) Is any Firmware required? c) Can TI.com provide a reference design with BOM?
- For HDMI Extender over CAT5/6 (In pairs of Tx Rx): a) What maximum CAT5/6 Cable length we can achieve with 4k@30Hz? b) Is any Firware required? c) Can TI.com provide a reference design with BOM?
- For One HDMI In and 4 and Eight CAT5/6 Splitter with integrated Transmitter: We want to start this product where we will convert One HDMI input to RJ45 and user can further connect multiple Receivers.
Actually Sir we are interested to achieve maximum CAT5/6 Cable length (120Mtrs to 150Mtrs) for Extenders.
Trust Team TI will respond and reply to our questions. We assume for need of 700 to 1000 numbers of TMDS181 CHIPSETS every month for all three models.
Sir please guide us if you have solution using Some other part number
