PMP10833: Redesign is not working

Hi Team,

I have redesigned the PMP10833 reference design for having high current output and wide operating range. Please find the attached schematic. Please not that L1 is 80uH (100uH part is not available).

This is not working for input voltage of 35VDC at V_OR_OUT terminal and no load at output. Can some please suggest a solution?
