We are trying to build bi-directional controlled rectifier. We understand that we need 6 bi-directional power switches or 12 normal power switches to replace them.
Am attaching two topologies that are usually used.
We are seeking TI expertise to recommend one of them (~5KW, 500VDC to 48VDC).
We are seeking also contact details of a TI person/team that can adjust some reference designs for us. We understand that we need to pay for that.
