TIDA-00449: Transistors Q17 and Q18

it seems to me that both transistors Q17 and Q18 should be inverted (drain and source should be swapped). Because of their body diodes, I think  that transistors conduct all the time, which is contrary with firmware. Also, it is contrary with Figure 7. in bq769x0 datasheet https://www.ti.com/lit/ds/slusbk2h/slusbk2h.pdf?ts=1593273368726.

Am I right on this one? Can anyone confirm me this?
