Dear All,

Thank you very much for your great help and we have the honor to work with such great company and community...

I am working on Offset adjustment cct., and i need to work with analog switches, so i chose "TS3A24159 analog switch", but i don't have the TI model for this switch, and regarding to TI resources, i found HSPICE model and don't know how to use it with TI ?!!

Please Help me with this important matter..

Mahir,

The HSPICE model of TS3A24159 is functional on Windows (HSPICE_A-2008.03-SP1) and in UNIX (HSPICE D-2010.03-SP2 32 BIT).

The zip file contains a guideline about how to use the model.

Thank for your nice answer..

I downloaded the ZIP file from TI,but still i can't get it!! i don't know how to use these files and build a TI model and use it in the simulation, TI Version is 7.0.80.96 SF-TI and i need to add TS3A24159 to the library to work with it.

please help me, Thanks in advance.

Dear Mahir,

Very sorry to inform you that the TI HSPICE models do not have compatibility with either TINA or PSPICE.

It seems that I am not lucky!!

What about the IBIS? can i use it? also, where can i download HSPICE Software to work with it?

Dear Mahir,

There is a converter from IBIS to PSPICE which requires purchasing a license at

http://www.intusoft.com/utilities.htm#Modeling

About the HSPICE simulator, this also requires license to download it.
