I was looking for TINA-TI model for TPD1E10B09 and THVD1450, and found IBIS models only.

Are there TINA-TI models available for TPD1E10B09 and THVD1450?

    HI Kutumi,

    Welcome to E2E!

    For the TPD1E10B09 we do not have a TINA model available. Models cannot recreate the transient characteristics of our devices during an ESD event. If a model were created it would simply follow the characteristics of a regular diode, so a model is not planned to be created.

    For the THVD1450 please go ahead and create a separate E2E post so the question can go to the group in charge of that device.
