[FAQ] When I use the Access Key with PSpice for TI Installer, it gives me an error?

Do you see the following: “Error displayed: Access key entered is not in expected format”.

 

Please verify if you have entered the Access Key as received in the email, including hyphens, and it should be in the following format -

       Example: 9B9999D9-99B9-9B99-A999-A9E9999F9999

(Hint: click the eye icon to the right of the input field will reveal the key you entered)
