My Designs are missing

I had several designs saved in the My Designs folder in the online version of SwitcherPro.

Today I logged in and found that the My Designs folder is empty.

What happened to all of My Designs!

    Hi Bryan,

    You have two accounts for TIPass login, one with gmail account and second with another email address. All your designs are under the account with gmail id. If you accessed your account with the other id, you will not see your designs. Please try accessing SwPro with gmail id and let us know if you still cannot see your designs.
