PSPICE-FOR-TI: Unable to request software from TI.com

I am trying to get access to this tool for simulating some of our existing TI power supplies: https://www.ti.com/tool/PSPICE-FOR-TI

When I click "request access" I'm asked to fill out my name and address (I am already logged in to my account, and I'm pretty sure I already did this). Every time I click "submit" it just takes me back to the same form requesting personal info (there is no error message).

Is there anything you can do to help with this?

For the record, the resolution was to provide the phone number in myTI.

FYI, this issue is still unresolved. It requires both phone numbers, but does not indicate that the landline number is mandatory.

Next time, please open a new thread instead of piggybacking on existing threads, especially if it's already been resolved. Otherwise we may lose visibility of your issue.
