Hi All,

I just started to install the PSPICE for TI but I get the following error message during User Authentication :"An internal error occurred. Please go to e2e.ti.com for further assistance (-48)".

My email address is the one I used to request the installer and the Access Key is the one provided in the TI approved email.

I use WIN10 64 bits.

Could anyone help me?
