    Hi,

    Unfortunately, we don't support the creation of Spice models for this part. One solution to this problem, is creating the internal circuit out of sub-components from the same family.

    You can use the model for the SN74LVC1G04 along with the model for the SN74LVC1G32 if you just need something that functionally performs the same.
