Is there an actual device level simulation model available for devices such as the OPA857 or THS4541? It seems that the existing ones are largely behavioral. I am doing simulations for an application where the actual internal device characteristics are needed. A behavioral model will not produce accurate results. I am willing to execute an NDA if necessary.

    No the SPICE models available on the web are the only types of models that we provide. If you are able to share which characteristics in particular you need the models to properly replicate, I can help you evaluate how closely the models match if needed.
