The default time step in TINA-TI is adaptive.
If you have not made the time step small &n fixed, it may be making the time steps too large to accurately reflect the models' shorter rise and fall times.
You can see this setting in the Analysis/Simulation Analysis Parameters table.
Open the table, select the finger icon on the lower right-hand corner, and select View All.
Scan to near the bottom row to show the field TR maximum step size (10G).
The default entry is 10G, which means the step size is adaptive, and can change from step-to-step
Change the field value to something at least as small as your devices' rise and fall times.
Please be aware that a fixed small step size can result in l-o-n-g simulation times and large data sets.
You can avoid some of that by adjusting the overall run time, and the time which the simulator starts gathering data.
