PSPICE TI: after install, wont run LICENSE ERROR

After clicking ICON this is the error message I get:

not sure why it won't let me past a screenshot of the error message. I did that twice and it appears ok in the message then when I look at uploaded message it is gone. I typed the error message out above. I have Cadence Allegro pcb tools and PSpice 17.2 already loaded on my machine and it screwed everything up when I loaded TI PSpice. I unloaded everything, then loaded TI PSpice and that works. Now how do I get the others to work......Lovely

neither directory 1) or 2) exist anymore. Maybe uninstalling all Cadence software eliminated it?

Paste does not work. You have to insert from a file.

I am not sue about 17.2. The word I got from Cadence is that 17.4 can co-exist with PSPice for TI. I have that setup on one of my computers and I installed PSpice for TI multiple times without disturbing the full version of SPB. Before hotfix 007, the full version has trouble reading sim profile saved by PSpice for TI so you might want to get the latest HF if you need to do that.
