PSpice for TI Install Internal Error

PSpice for TI installer doesn't recognize email and ACCESS KEY and won't proceed with installation.

would you please check there's no spaces left in the input fields? Click the eye icon will show you the content of the access key field.

Thanks for your reply. There are no spaces to the right of both Email and Access Key fields.

Randy,

As discussed, the problem appears to be that the installer could not read certain information from BIOS. I'll mark this a resolved for now.

Please let us know if enabling access does not correct the problem.
