When I design boost converter why don't need to consider the parasitic capacitor on the mosfet and diode
because the parasitic doesn't affect the circuit ?

Hi
depending on the input output voltage and output current, if the output power is small, the converter should be OK. so you don't need to consider the parasitic capacitor.
if you worked with controller with external MOSFET, the parasitic capacitor will impact the switching loss, so parasitic capacitor could impact selection of the MOSFET and diode if you want to optimize the efficiency.
