Analog Calculator Error Loading

After down loading the Analog Calculator the following error message occurred.

.\ConfigInfo.cpp(3325): InstallerError 11005

Fatal Error. Unable to find initialization file.

File C:\Users\DAVIDS~1\AppData\Local\Temp\7zO10BE.tmp\setup.ini not found.

Any suggestions please
