Relay Man 2

Hi,

I would like to be able to download a standalone installer, which does not contact over the internet. The customer requests this design PC to have an air bridge to the internet.

Hi,

The installer needs active internet connection for compliance check library installation etc. There is no offline mode.

Hi,

There are some customers who do need that air gap. What are your plans long term?

Hi,

A simulation tool such as PSpice needs to run with Spice models. TI product models are delivered via the internet. What we provide in PSpice for TI is a tight integration with models and other collaterals available on ti.com. It eliminates the effort to locate, download and manage TI product models. This is not possible on a standalone PC.

There is no long term plan to change this proposition. If this is not the use model for certain customers, please contact our field team or the TI customer support center.
