PMP7376: Looking for 500W solution with UCC2897A

Dear team, 

Customer is looking for 500W ACF solution with UCC2897A. The close one I found is PMP7376, but only support 260W output power.

Did we have reference design for this application?

- 54Vinput/ 12Vout/ 500W output

- Active clamp forward

- better to have: design with UCC2897A

If we don't have 500W ACF reference design, could you let me know the design limitation?

    Hi Ben,

    I do not think we have a 500W reference design for the UCC2897A. But I was able to get webench to provide the following solution. Note; This is using a ideal FET since there was not a proper one in the Webench database:
