Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools

Hey People ,

        I am looking for regulator or DC-DC converter with fixed 10V,1A and my input voltage is max 60V and also I have doubt using regulator is better or DC-DC converter is better because the power dissipation is more in regulator IC and my board are getting more heat so the product quality get poor .need a advice to design this

my input voltage is max 60V 

output Voltage and current is Fixed voltage doesn't get dropped. Standard fixed voltage 10V needed  with 1A current .
