Hello,

I want to know parts location of the thermal image especially LMG3411 and UCC28780 placement at 90VAC, 50Hz input, 20V,3.25A output case presented in page-7, page-8 for my better understanding of how LMG3411 become hot. Is Bx4 thermal image in page-8 LMG3411 ?

Hi Imi-san,

The Bx4 on page 8 is the LMG3411.

Bx1 is the sync rectifier on the secondary side

Bx6 is the diode bridge on the primary side

The UCC28780 is in between Bx1 and Bx4, it is not highlighted in a box and does not get very hot.

Please see the attached picture below. I have placed boxes only on the UCC28780 (Bx1) and LMG3411 (Bx2).
