PSPICE installation

To whom it may concern,

I have a problems with the installation of PSPICE for TI. I got an access key from TI, downloaded it successfully, but when I try to start software - I got an error LMC-02995 (screen below).

What are the reasons of this problem and how can I solve it?

I decided to reinstall PSpice and I got such errors while installing.

Pasting a screenshot into the reply field won't work. Please save your screenshot to a file and insert it using the paper clip icon.

JC,

it is a bit strange, but the problem seems to be resolved after reinstalling software again.
It is too sensitive to admin access rights , as I can see.
