Hi All,

I use the PMP40379 reference design to reprocude a LLC 500W Audio power supplay.

The circuit have a loud acoustic noise and I am not able to reduce it. Please see the video attached.

And some attached figures of mosfet gate.

The circuit have a 500us drive burst loop that produce this noise.

You have some solution? Or Tip? To avoid this noise.

Hi Daniel,

So first of all, please try to reduce the R17 to 6.8k, R30 to 1k, and DNP R16 and D19, and let me know if the switching go to continous.

Hi Oliver,

I made the changes you propose, and the circuit have similar behavior ( high acoustic noise).

Now after 30s power on, the acoustic noise change the pitch to higher frequency.
Attached the changes on circuit.

Hi Daniel,

Please try to migrate to UCC256404 (which has enhanced Acoustic performance) from UCC256304 following with the applicaiton note www.ti.com/.../slua966a.pdf
