WEBENCH® Tools/TPSM84209: simulation failures TPSM84209RKHR for example.

Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools

I was trying to use the webench to select a dc/dc convert part,  i described my inputs and current.  found a part out of the list, then wanted to simulate it for steady state, startup, line transient etc,  but it fails.  i have tried several parts and different plots but they almost all fail.  is it me or is it webench?   i am taking the suggested design and asking to simulate,  these are your "stock" circuits that are failing.  this is one of 5 parts i tried. they all seem to fail.

    Hi Gerard,

    Thanks for using Webench. As attachment you have added is not visible, I tried with default inputs for TPSM84209. Electrical simulations worked for me (image below FYR) Could you please share the design with us in which you are facing the issue? 

    How to share the design: Copy the design link generated from "public link". Images below FYR.

    1. Click on share design from right hand corner of page.

       

    2.  Use public link to generate the design link and then paste that link here in comments.
