Hello,

Unfortunately there is not an official SPICE model for the XTR105. There is an unofficial model that's been created to help understand the transfer function and connections to the XTR105, however they do not model the performance metrics of the XTR105. The ideal op amps used in the design can create unrealistically large voltages and currents so if you notice something strange there's probably a connection issue. I'm attaching the model here, but you can also refer to this original post where the model was shared for more details.
