I've been looking at the Altium PCB files and layer stack-up for the TIDA-01580 evaluation board and it doesn't look like ECG and BLE traces are 50 ohm. Is this a problem? Has anyone gotten this design to work?

The design is tested and also manufactured by multiple customers from the gerber files shared on the TIDA-01580 folder.
Regarding the 50 ohm impedance, the layout shows "Impedance table" for the design:
